I would prefer to start my own business being the boss. My business would be easy to establish and manageable. Some advantages of being your own boss are.

- All decisions would be made by me and in a quick time

- I choose the operation time

- All profit would be mine

-  I will build relationships with other business to enable mine to run smoothly

- I would have a very close bon with my customers so that they can feel comfortable at my business establishment

Some disadvantages of being your own boss are

- It will be time consuming

- All the loss will be mine

- I will have long working hours

- The successful running of the business is totally dependent on me and the decisions that I make

Advantages of not being your own boss are

- I will have set working times

- I will not have to worry about decision making and how the business is run

- I will not lose any profit

Disadvantages of not being your own boss

- Will not gain a profit

- Cannot make meaningful decisions on my own

- Have no control over work time
